Monday, April 23

Jenna L. Cafaratti, 24, of 33 Steeplechase Dr., Newington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 12:00 a.m.

Curtis Lollar, 31, of 210 Pine St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief, 12:23 a.m.

Tuesday, April 24

Mark J. Whalen, 32, of 25 High St., Stafford, was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 1:15 a.m.

Kevin F. Gearin, 33, of 96 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:56 a.m.

Ryan J. Murray, 38, of 6204 Town Pl., Middletown, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 9:52 a.m.

Jerome W. Jenkins, 41, of 20 Levesque St., West Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer, engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, improper use of marker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, refusal to show license/registration, failure to drive in proper lane and speeding, 9:54 a.m.

Jessica K. Bilodeau, 26, of 25 Francis Ave., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 12:43 p.m.

Joshua R. Hunt, 27, of 318 Pearl St., Enfield, was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation, 4:23 p.m.

Lisa L. Owens, 52, of 18 Eleanor Rd., Enfield, was charged with false statement and interfering with an officer, 6:03 p.m.

Christopher M. Stiso, 29, of 41 Roosevelt Blvd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, 11:40 p.m.
