Wednesday, April 25

Luis A. Hernandez, 28, of 43 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree identity theft, third-degree burglary (two counts), sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and second-degree criminal mischief, 11:15 a.m.

Chad A. Giansante, 30, of 1020 Strong Rd., South Windsor, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 2:34 p.m.

Michael L. Jarvis, 31, of 5 Lake Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive right and speeding, 11:02 p.m.

Thursday, April 26

Laura J. Hinckley, 30, of 85 High St., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:30 a.m.

Edward Williams, 57, of 43 Martin St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, second-degree forgery and criminal impersonation, 10:55 a.m.
