Chelsea E. Dutton, 28, of 727 Mather St., Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 8:27 p.m.

Saturday, April 6

Brie A. Light, 24, of 6 Meade Ln., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:58 a.m.

Matthew R. Gleeson, 32, of 29 Brainard Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 9:25 p.m.

Andre K. Strums, 57, of 818 Gatewood Dr., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, operating under the influence, failure to report change of address and failure to reinstate license after 60 days, 10:00 p.m.

Sunday, April 7
