Saturday, Aug. 12

Therese M. Bishop, 19, of 31 Sam St., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 12:41 a.m.

Christopher R. Dejesus, 23, of 63 Whiton St., Windsor Locks, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, failure to have headlamps, failure to display plates and failure to carry registration/insurance card, 12:41 a.m.

Christine Deaton, 32, of 36 Shawnee Rd., East Hartford, was charged with evading responsibility, 6:06 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 13

Ashley E. Mercey, 26, of 8-A Thompson Ct., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 11:31 a.m.

Steven Narkon, 23, of 5 Clear St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree assault on an elderly person and second-degree breach of peace, 5:49 p.m.

Kevin M. Maynard, 28, of no certain address, was charged with disorderly conduct (two counts) and third-degree criminal mischief, 5:57 p.m.

Marquel L. Davis, 31, of 7 Cottage Green, Enfield, was charged with second-degree sexual assault and illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16, 10:20 p.m.
