Monday, Aug. 14

Elizabeth L. Powell, 32, of 18 Kreyssig Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with first-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, credit card theft, charging more than $500 on a revoked credit card, criminal impersonation, third-degree forgery, theft of plates and second-degree failure to appear, 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 15

Eric M. Boisvere, 24, of 37 Dunn St., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, 2:06 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 16

Craig M. Powell, 42, of 18 Mahoney Rd., East Windsor, was charged with first-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny and charging more than $500 on a revoked credit card, 10:56 a.m.

Donald J. palmer III, 22, of 50 Diane Dr., South Windsor, was charged with interfering with an officer, third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace, 5:33 p.m.

Johnathan R. Ramos, 31, of 90 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace, carrying a dangerous weapon, first-degree threatening and possession of narcotics, 6:45 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 18

Matthew E. Fisher, 35, of 10 Rim St., Enfield, was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, 12:14 a.m.

Kirk K. Buckley, 22, of 7750 NW 78th Ave., Tamarac, Fla., was charged with third-degree identity theft, 6:00 a.m.

Michael J. Fournier, Jr., 21, of 1 St. Thomas St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 11:40 p.m.

Michael J. Fournier, 52, of 1 St. Thomas St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 11:59 p.m.
