Saturday, Aug. 19

Jesse D. Rowland, 47, of 32 Winton Rd., East Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:41 a.m.

Christopher J. Murray, 29, of 8 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 1:07 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 20

Kevin R. Sampl, 36, of 27-A Oak Ave., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 2:00 a.m.

Juliana M. Diaz, 19, of 25 Hood St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:52 p.m.

Rosanne M. Fisher, 35, of 70 West St., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, interfering with an officer and assault on public safety personnel, 10:30 p.m.
