Scott E. Torquato, 59, of 84-A Union St., Easthampton, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:55 p.m.

Jeffrey A. Grassette, Jr., 20, of 319 West St., Ludlow, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia and improper turns, 4:20 p.m.

Nana O. Asoku, 20, of 38 Thompson Ct., 2nd floor, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief, 9:39 a.m.

Dakota C. Curtis, 23, of 29 Primrose Ln., Suffield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 9:45 a.m.

Thomas J. Barry, 54, of 128 Green Manor Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, 1:07 p.m.

Kenneth W. Cushman, 58, of 9 Nevins Ave., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and assault on public safety personnel, 5:55 p.m.

Kevin B. Robinson, 29, of 601 Hazard Ave., Unit 15, Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 7:58 p.m.
