Marie L. Merson, 53, of 54-B Tariff St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree false incident report, false statement and interfering with an officer, 12:05 p.m.

Paul M. Merson, 62, of 54-B Tariff St., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, 12:37 p.m.
