Aug. 6

Michael A. Kramer, 26, of 397 The Meadows, Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance and operating under suspension, 9:25 a.m.

Aug. 7

Lisa Vandecar, 44, of 52 Cottage Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 1:24 a.m.

Nehemias R. Hernandes, 26, of no certain address, was charged with operating under the influence, improper use of marker, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, operating without a license, disobeying signal of an officer and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 2:00 a.m.

Teresa L. Harkins, 52, of 73 Park Ave., Apt. 1, Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, failure to drive right, improper turn and operating without minimum insurance, 6:34 p.m.
