Saturday, Dec. 1

Shalik T. Brooks, 27, of 25 Graham Rd., East Hartford, was charged with sale of certain illegal drugs, failure to obey traffic control signals, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance and operating without a license, 12:16 a.m.

Mathew D. Jones, 38, of 106 Wells Rd., East Windsor, was charged with violation of a protective order and using a motor vehicle without permission, 12:45 a.m.

Melissa H. Steiger, 20, of 131 Sheridan Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 4:41 a.m.

Sunday, Dec. 2

Elizabeth A. Campbell, 35, of 332 Main St., Somers, was charged with operating under the influence, engaging police in pursuit, traveling unreasonably fast and unsafe backing, 2:02 a.m.

Jay A. Janick, 60, of 35 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 9:02 a.m.
