Wesley C. Hall, 27, of 399 Hazard Ave., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving and failure to use seat belt, 3:31 p.m.

Heather J. Rhodes, 20, of 11 Arlington Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation, 6:41 p.m.

Marcus A. Cameron, 32, of 49 Foxcroft Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree stalking, 8:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 12

Epifanio Diaz, 43, of 17 Lexington St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and risk of injury to a child, 9:35 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 13

Michael R. Kaselouskas, 29, of 9 Guild St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 12:54 a.m.

Friday, Dec. 14

Michael P. Lostowski, 59, of 132 Fox Hill Ln., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 9:41 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 15

Jason T. Passalacqua, 18, of 21 Spruceland Rd., Enfield, was charged with criminal attempt to commit first-degree murder, first-degree assault and carrying a dangerous weapon, 3:00 p.m.

Todd D. Cooley, 41, of no certain address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery, 9:51 p.m.

Elizabeth L. Choinski, 24, of J-4 Bradley Cir., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 11:18 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 16

Marquise D. Flewellen, 37, of 7 Farmstead Cir., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 5:53 p.m.

Monday, Dec. 17

Marquise D. Flewellen, 37, of 7 Farmstead Cir., Enfield, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release, 7:45 a.m.
