Jacob J. Meacham, 26, of 4 Church St., Broad Brook, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of narcotics, evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to comply with fingerprint requirements, 12:00 a.m.

Luis Hernandez, 28, of 139 Church St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 4:22 p.m.

John S. Weatherwax, 37, of 16 Winding Ln., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 4:52 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 16

Jerald H. Lee, 32, of 7 Joan Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:30 a.m.

Sunday, Dec. 17

Mark W. O'Loughlin, 27, of 35 Baypath Way, Branford, was charged with operating under the influence, 7:28 a.m.

Alethea J. Murphy, 42, of 23 North Maple St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 3:48 p.m.

Joseph L. Burton, 54, of 127 Freeman St., Hartford, was charged with issuing a bad check, 10:05 p.m.

Monday, Dec. 18

Christina M. Bagwell, 40, of 23 Ellis Rd., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 4:56 p.m.

Ashley E. Mercey, 26, of 8-A Thompson Ct., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear, 8:31 p.m.

Jayson F. Smith, 34, of no certain address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear, 11:33 p.m.
