Friday, Dec. 20

Thomas A. Wiseman, 53, of 27 Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, operating without a license and failure to display lights, 1:00 a.m.

Marie Keough, 37, of 217 Spring St., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to wear seat belt, 2:44 a.m.

Saturday, Dec. 21

Shavar C. Walker, 32, of 41 Norwich St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree burglary, risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault, 1:04 p.m.

Rylee E. Selvig, 26, of 12 Nancy Dr., Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim and third-degree assault, 5:45 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 22

Rolando Alvarado, 33, of 34 Calhoun St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, improper use of marker, operating without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 2:46 a.m.

Selina R. Pica-Sneeden, 21, of 22 School St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:20 a.m.

Miguel A. Dones, 23, of 24 Oxford St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 8:27 p.m.
