Mathew R. Perez, 19, of 18 Holiday Ln., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, Dec. 28
Kristie Perez-Bonilla, 40, of 144 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with first-degree larceny by defrauding a public community and second-degree forgery (four counts), 1:50 p.m.
Nicholas J. Cardaropoli, 35, of 3 Oak Ave., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, second-degree reckless endangerment, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree criminal mischief, 5:47 p.m.
