Risvaldo Burgos, 27, of 138 Sargeant St., Holyoke, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics, 11:20 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 31

Teila M. Savoie, 25, of 351 Prospect St., Suffield, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and operating under suspension, 6:29 p.m.

Pedro R. Ramirez, 36, of 38 Ward St., Vernon, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 8:05 p.m.

Johnathan D. Weeks, 29, of 26 Marshall Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 10:01 p.m.

Monday, Jan. 1

Eladio Davila III, 28, of 32 Sanford St., Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer, second-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, 3:00 a.m.

Kevin W. Barnett, 30, of 273 Hall Hill Rd., Somers, was charged with violation of probation, 1:35 p.m.
