Dec. 30

Kelvin L. Dear, 28, of 15 Macintosh Ln., Glastonbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, second-degree violating conditions of release, operating under suspension, improper use of marker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without minimum insurance.

Dec. 31

Michael P. Roy, 28, of 16 Meadow Ln., Somers, was charged with operating under the influence, speeding and failure to drive in proper lane.

Ernestine G. Jenkins, 47, of 6-C Chapel St., Enfield, was charged wth first-degree failure to appear, issuing a bad check and sixth-degree larceny.

Charles J. Fontanez, 37, of 55 Wells Rd., East Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Jan. 1

Farid A. Garcia, 34, of 1 Prescott St., West Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast.

Daniel Comstock, 28, of 29 East St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence.

Lacey R. Shumsky, 26, of 16 Missile Dr., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer and assault on public safety personnel.

Jan. 2

Brian T. Couture, 19, of 42 Spruceland Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degre breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Kristine A. Miro, 27, of 8 Glendale Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
