Jose F. Padro, 28, of 1021 Asylum Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer, 4:00 p.m.

Joshua D. Whitney, 22, of 314 Gatewood Dr., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia and traveling unreasonably fast, 8:05 p.m.

Ryan T. Eastwood, 44, of 18 Southmeadow Ln., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:22 p.m.

Taylor A. Beauchesne, 23, of 20-B Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 9:10 p.m.
