Gamalier Claudio, 39, of 3 O'Connor Terr., Holyoke, Mass., was charged with violation of a protective order, 10:25 a.m.

Jose M. Santos, 44, of 59 Lowell St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 12:50 p.m.

Angela Centeno, 23, of 69 Dexter St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:58 p.m.

Emmanuel K. Owusu, 39, of 8 Rivercliff Ln., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and risk of injury to a child, 6:50 p.m.

Michael A. Vignone, 38, of 327 Brainard Rd., Unit 504, Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 1:51 a.m.
