Dec. 9

Amos Nissenbaum, 37, of 159-C Butler Rd., Monson, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, following too closely and distracted driving, 8:54 p.m.

Steven R. Massie, 34, of 432 West Middle Tpk., Manchester, was charged with possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, 9:57 p.m.

Christopher A. Caron, 19, of 57 North St., Manchester, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, 11:32 p.m.

Dec. 10

Robyn M. Morse, 50, of 15 Howland Ave., Stafford, was charged with issuing a bad check, 4:24 p.m.

Dec. 11

Daniel W. Haynes, 27, of 43 Standish St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to display lights, 12:55 a.m.
