Johnell Santiago, 26, of 15 Kay Ln., Waterbury, was charged with operating under the influence, 12:08 a.m.
Mohammad R. Akhtar, 23, of 63 Green Valley Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree assault, fifth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree unlawful restraint, possession of narcotics, nonstudent possession of drugs near a school/daycare, first-degree threatening, interfering with an emergency call and operating under suspension, 8:30 a.m.
Armando A. Chavez-Mellado, 49, of 33 Church St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 10:01 p.m.
Feb. 12
Raymond A. Lyons, 41, of 14 Oldefield Farms, Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:18 a.m.
Kristina M. Benjamin, 27, of 76 Steele Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim, 6:37 p.m.
Paul S. Paquette, 40, of 40 Indian Run, Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 10:46 p.m.
