Monday, Feb. 12

Richard D. Uraco, 24, of 18 Sword Ave., Enfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery, 2:55 a.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 13

William Clingensmith, 37, of 14 Bither St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with first-degree assault (two counts), risk of injury to a child (five counts) and first-degree reckless endangerment (four counts), 6:14 a.m.

David C. Freemantle II, 30, of 43 King Ct., Enfield, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, operating under suspension and improper use of marker, 11:56 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 14

Jeffrey Harlin, 39, of 56 Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 12:25 a.m.

Dina F. Karat, 41, of 41 Marion Pl., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 7:09 a.m.

Scott C. Kepner, 35, of 6 Prospect Hill Dr., East Windsor, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without an ignition device and transporting a child aged 2-5 without restraint, 5:06 p.m.

Samantha Carreres, 26, of 4-H The Hamlet, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 6:41 p.m.

Laura Hill, 26, of 47 Armstrong Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a child and reckless driving, 11:54 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 15

Earl H. Swartz, 57, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 1:33 a.m.

Donald J. Palmer III, 23, of 27 Virginia Ave., Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, 3:30 p.m.
