Jose A. Lebron, 31, of 47 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and risk of injury to a child, 1:14 p.m.

Patrick T. Winford, 46, of 149 Point West, Lafayette, Ind., was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 7:53 p.m.

Jacob J. Meacham, 26, of 4 Church St./, Broad Brook, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:28 a.m.

Christopher M. Manning, 36, of 4 Powder Ridge Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 7:05 p.m.

Jorge A. O'Conner, Jr., 38, of 591 Zion St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, 12:15 a.m.

Derek M. Detura, 36, of 23 Redwing Rd., Enfieldm, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, 6:46 a.m.

Jeffrey D. Peyman, 38, of 2116 Calkins Rd., Palmer, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:28 p.m.

Jennifer M. Tao, 31, of 863 Worthington St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with interfering with an officer and possession of a controlled substance, 6:10 p.m.

Raymond F. Lee, 37, of no certain address, was charged with violation of a protective order, first-degree stalking, interfering with an officer, criminal attempt to commit assault on public safety personnel, second-degree breach of peace, reckless driving and violation of probation, 7:30 a.m.

Paul D. Smith, 31, of 9 White St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:03 p.m.

Monday, Feb. 18

Kyle C. Whitlock, 26, of 97 Garden St., West Springfield, Mass., was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, second-degree larceny and operating without a license, 8:12 p.m.
