Feb. 13

Tylon R. Culver, 41, of 56 Maple Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and violation of probation, 8:00 p.m.

Feb. 14

David C. Freemantle II, 29, of 43 King Ct., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 11:23 a.m.

Feb. 15

Jarrett C. Devaux, 21, of no certain address, was charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass, 8:50 a.m.

Glenda Cruz, 23, of 125 Mill St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with prostitution and using a motor vehicle without permission, 10:45 a.m.

Craig S. Smith, 47, of 654 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and operating under suspension, 12:49 p.m.

Renzo J. Areietti, 28, of 434 Hazard Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 3:45 p.m.

Frank J. Cospito, 48, of 60 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure toappear, 4:22 p.m.

Joshua T. Bell, 40, of 13 Comanche Rd., East Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 9:50 a.m.
