Friday, Feb. 16

John E. Ahlberg, 20, of 30 Highland St., Manchester, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace, 4:20 a.m.

Jordan A. Bouchard, 25, of 259 Pearl St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:30 a.m.

Jacob J. Miodowski, 26, of 1235 Suffield St., Agawam, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and carrying a dangerous weapon, 4:06 p.m.

Rachel L. Gore, 40, of 161 Bridge St., East Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, 4:25 p.m.

Carl R. St. George, 31, of 20 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 6:28 p.m.

Johnathan C. Espinosa, 38, of 4 King Ct., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:47 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 17

Ricky Sweeney, 42, of 41 Royal Oak Rd., New Britain, was charged with criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, illegally carrying a firearm under the influence of drugs or alcohol, carrying a pistol without a permit, criminal possession of a firearm/ammunition/defense weapon, operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to comply with state traffic commission requirements, 3:20 a.m.

Monday, Feb. 19

Jacqueline M. Bailey, 52, of 71 Post Rd., Enfield, was charged on an extradition arrest-no warrant, 12:30 a.m.

Timothy D. Lindsay, 27, of 210 Washington Ave., Bridgeport, was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation, 5:46 p.m.

Kaitlyn A. Lovely, 28, of 26-B Orcuttville Rd., Stafford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 10:22 p.m.

Shammel R. Williams, 37, of 62 Edgewood Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer, 11:00 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 20

Chelsea M. Naglak, 27, of 258 Monson Rd., Stafford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:00 a.m.
