Feb. 20

Waleska M. Sanchez, 37, of 11 Pine Hill Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:21 a.m.

James D. Hubbard, 24, of 16 Southwood Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and fourth-degree sexual assault, 10:40 a.m.

Jose J. Fuentes, 43, of 26 Warner St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:08 p.m.

Maureen M. Hatcher, 47, of G-18 Bradley Cir., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 10:48 p.m.

Daniel J. Kramarenko, 33, of 31 Locke Dr., Enfield, was charged with fifth-degree, sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft and charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card, 4:21 p.m.
