Friday, Feb. 23

Ana S. Rivera, 37, of 12 Garden St., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, 4:22 p.m.

Dana M. Degen, 38, of 61 Glen Rd., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:30 p.m.

Sterling T. Chapman, 42, of 61 Glen Rd., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, disobeying signal of officer, interfering with an officer and reckless driving, 11:08 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 24

Samantha A. Heumann, 28, of 4 Magnolia Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, 1:16 a.m.

Matthew C. Santaniello, 32, of 14 Eleanor Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and speeding, 1:16 a.m.

Sunday, Feb. 25

Brett M. Cyr, 57, of 7 James St., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an emergency call, 5:05 a.m.

Charmaine R. Murphy-Chambers, 48, of 265 Blue Hills Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:59 p.m.
