Monday, Feb. 26

Cynthia M. Veloso, 21, of 14 Florence Ave., Ellington, was charged with violation of a protective order, 9:13 a.m.

Michael L. Drinkwine, 56, of 14 O'Hear Ave., Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, 3:20 p.m.

Jessica Rival, 33, of 3-F Bradley Cir., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 5:11 p.m.

Todd V. Calhoun, 51, of 61 Bedford St., Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, operating under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker and operating without minimum insurance, 6:43 p.m.

Ebony C. Bolden, 25, of 76 South Gennessee St., New Haven, was charged with second-degree forgery and fifth-degree larceny, 10:50 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 27

Melissa S. Flaherty, 36, of 85 Church St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:20 a.m.

Christopher Cosenzi, 27, of 39 Hubbard St., Ludlow, Mass., was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 6:20 a.m.

Joshua L. Soto, 25, of 69 Waverly St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 6:25 a.m.

Benjamin E. Phillips, 30, of 94 Hillside Ave., Vernon, was charged with second-degree harassment and illegal dissemination of an intimate image, 2:25 p.m.

Jeffrey D. Picard, 45, of 20 Grant Dr., Somers, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace, 3:45 p.m.

Luis Hernandez, 28, of 139 Church St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:45 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 28

Curtis J. Richards, 23, of 2 Nutmeg Ave., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to reinstate license after 60 days, 12:48 a.m.

David A. White, 30, of 61-B Main St., Somersville, was charged with third-degree larceny, 6:27 a.m.

Zachary T. Ouellette, 25, of 20 Glendale Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint, 3:00 p.m.

Brian Davila, 23, of 433 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, first-degree criminal trespass and violation of probation (two counts), 4:50 p.m.

Donzie C. Taylor, 25, of 24 St. Thomas St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, 5:00 p.m.

Morgan C. Worthington, 22, of 293 Taylor Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, 5:00 p.m.
