Feb. 27

Almighty Supremeborn Allah, 44, of 648 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, 5:13 a.m.

Michael P. Moschetto, 25, of 32 Pierce St., Enfield, was charged with credit card theft, sixth-degree larceny and charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card, 9:47 a.m.

Princess Simmonds, 60, of 3511 Barnes Ave., Bronx, N.Y., was charged with cruelty to persons, 1:03 p.m.

Xavier Torres, 40, of no certain address, was charged with violating conditions of discharge, 5:56 p.m.

Jennifer L. Rettura, 36, of 135 Marylu Dr., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and possession of narcotics, 7:11 p.m.

Alvin Rodriguez, 37, of 135 Marylu Dr., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 7:26 p.m.

Jaime B. Smith, 27, of 29 Walnut St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 9:24 a.m.

David C. Freemantle II, 30, of 43 King Ct., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larcerny, 9:45 a.m.

Kristina M. Benjamin, 27, of no certain address, was charged with violation of a protective order, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and assault on public safety personnel, 11:52 a.m.

Melissa A. Cocola, 41, of 67 Maplehurst Ave., New Britain, was charged with third-degree identity theft, fifth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation. 7:01 p.m.
