Christian J. Wilcox, 20, of 272 Abbe Rd., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, 4:50 p.m.

Tammy L. Rozalski, 40, of 26 Cora St., Enfield, was charged with cruelty to animals, 3:45 p.m.
Ernest J. Lavoie, Jr.,. 30, of 6 Joan Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree sexual assault on a victim age 13-15, risk of injury to a minor and illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16, 5:12 p.m.
Jessica M. Rozalski, 32, of 97 Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with cruelty to animals, 6:38 p.m.
Feb. 8
Shaquelle T. Napper, 24, of 12 Gary Rd., Enfield, was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault with a weapon, second-degree threatening, carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree breach of peace, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, 8:00 a.m.
Melissa A. Warnick, 44, of 13 Coolidge Dr., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 10:00 a.m.
Nathan D. Spicer, 29, of 52 Willard Dr., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 2:25 p.m.
David L. Losa, 67, of 30 Maple Ave., Enfield, was charged with issuing a bad check, 5:05 p.m.
Karl Vincent, 39, of 997 Main St., Agawam, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, 7:18 p.m.
