Friday, Feb. 9

Tariq Mehmood, 27, of 64 Church St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct, 11:11 a.m.

Lester A. Dionne, 40, of 36 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, 12:05 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 10

Deanna A. Layne, 44, of 1 Sky St., Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility, 6:20 a.m.

Joshua D. Whitney, 23, of 314 Gatewood Dr., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, second-degree failure to appear (two counts) and violation of a standing criminal protective order, 6:07 p.m.

Taylor A. Beauchesne, 23, of 20 1/2 Pleasant St., Apt. B, Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 7:36 p.m.

Sunday, Feb. 11

Jeffrey W. Wiesner, 63, of 55 South Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility and failure to drive right, 1:18 a.m.

Jessica S. Keller, 49, of 22 Fletcher Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, 1:53 a.m.

Shaun C. Mayo, 34, of 24 Franklin St., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 7:39 p.m.
