Friday, Jan. 11

Sean P. Emmons, 22, of 466 Hallady Ave. W., Suffield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 8:27 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 12

Keith Miller, 27, of 39 Hillcrest St., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey traffic control signals, 2:29 a.m.

Robert J. Milvae, 36, of F-8 Bradley Cir., Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, 6:45 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 13

Johnathan C. Espinosa, 39, of 4 King Ct., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:02 a.m.

Elvis H. Alexander, 52, of 64 Allen St., Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of narcotics and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 3:35 a.m.

Wyatt T. Lehner, 44, of 1543 King St,. Room 104, Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 2:07 p.m.

Benna P. Bendel, 26, of 421 South Elm St., Windsor Locks, was charged with first-degree failure to appear (two counts) and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 3:15 p.m.
