Sunday, Jan. 12

Philip T. Aguiar, 23, of 156 Main St., Somers, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia, improper turn and failure to display lights, 1:51 a.m.

Melissa S. Martinez, 34, of 56 Post Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 6:14 a.m.

Marc E. Baumann, 33, of 129 Shaker Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 7:28 a.m.

Robert J. Milvae, 37, of F-8 Bradley Cir., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer, 3:25 p.m.

Jennifer Marr, 37, of 657 South Westfield St., Feeding Hills, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating under suspension and unsafe movement of stopped vehicle, 11:27 a.m.

Shavar C. Walker, 32, of 41 Norwich St., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation, 2:37 p.m.
