Tuesday, Jan. 2

Mika S. Winston, 25, of 62 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief, 2:45 a.m.

Jonathan J. Rival, 35, of 296 Abbe Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree forgery (13 counts) and fourth-degree larceny, 7:51 a.m.

Yvan A. Medina, 24, of 121 Peacefalls Rd., East Stroudsburg, Pa., was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts), charging less than $500 on a revoked payment card and receipt of goods from an illegally used credit card, 5:35 p.m.

Alan J. Fisher, 53, of 49 Second Ave., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 8:15 p.m.

Christopher S. Barsalou, 31, of 9 1/2 Weymouth Rd., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 9:03 p.m.

Matthew L. Carr, 32, of 835 Gilead St., Hebron, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 9:57 p.m.

Matthew A. Stockman, 33, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 10:49 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 3

Yasiramarie De La Rosa, 36, of 131 Florida St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:50 a.m.

Kevonna L. Norman, 26, of 223 Sargeant St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:45 a.m.
