Ricarte Molina, 33, of 36 Stoughton Rd., East Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, nonstudent possession of drugs near a school/daycare and failure to drive in proper lane, 10:44 p.m.

Kasean J. Rivers, 29, of 24 Wolcott Hill Rd., Wethersfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 6:59 a.m.
Daniel J. Warren, 29, of 39 Long Hill Rd., South Windsor, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, operating under suspension and second-degree failure to appear, 6:34 p.m.
Zoltan Nemeth, 19, of 54 Field Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 7:44 p.m.
