Jan. 23

John P. Lambert, 22, of 40 Oakwood St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct, 6:54 a.m.

Shamel T. Stroman, 34, of 11-E The Hamlet, Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, using a motor vehicle without permission and operating under suspension, 7:15 a.m.

Lorenzo Ivery, 24, of 135 Dart St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and failure to respond to a payable violation, 11:13 a.m.

Jerome M. Dowling, 28, of no certain address, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 10:00 p.m.

Joannina E. Sandone, 30, of 28 Russell St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 10:00 p.m.

Jan. 24

Kevin G. Rudd, 22, of 12 Meadowbrook Dr., Stafford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, credit card theft and sixth-degree larceny, 10:40 a.m.

Joseph J. Scirica, 45, of the Motel 6, Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:30 p.m.

John D. Quinn, 23, of 157 Porter Rd., Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and fourth-degree larceny, 11:15 p.m.
