Jan. 27

Stephanie Martinez, 20, of 150 Bernardino Ave., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 11:37 a.m.

Parris L. Redding, 24, of 77 Stanley St., East Hartford, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 11:00 p.m.

Mark T. Tetreault, 28, of 14 Trevor Dr., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 2:45 a.m.

Jan. 29

Daniel T. Fortin, 41, of 135 Church St. Apt. 4, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 12:55 a.m.

Teresa L. Harkins, 53, of 73 Park Ave., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment, 5:33 a.m.

Philip H. Williams, 43, of 141 Elm St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, 11:27 a.m.

William L. Willard, 50, of 209 Huckleberry Hill Rd., Avon, was charged with violating home improvement contractor requirements and failure to pay refund, 3:21 p.m.

Shanice Brucelis, 27, of 18 Laurel Park, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 6:17 p.m.

Alan H. Williams, 30, of 18 Laurel Park, Enfield, was charged with third-degree strangulation, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 6:40 p.m.

Keldon X. Rumill, 19, of 27 Northwood St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release, 10:59 p.m.
