Aschei K. Jackson, 20, of 9 Crescent St., Derby, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 4:34 p.m.

Jan. 31
Jake Chung, 56, of 35 Fairview Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:36 a.m.
Chae Chong, 62, of 295 Brittany Farms Rd., New Britain, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 11:47 a.m.
Jose L. Bartolomei, Jr., 33, of 93 Narragansett St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 2:35 p.m.
Zachary S. Vujs, 22, of 11 Taft Ln., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 8:54 p.m.
