Matthew J. Anziano, 33, of 1045 Old Colony Rd., Meriden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, first-degree failure to appear (three counts) and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 7:10 p.m.

Mark A. Ladd, 48, of 184 Mountain View Rd., Somers, was charged with operating under the influence and following too closely, 9:50 a.m.
David S. Mackie, 38, of 45 High St., Pittsfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree larceny (two counts), fourth-degree larceny (flour counts) and fifth-degree larceny, 1:04 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 10
Tiffany Dimoia, 35, of 7 Maple St., East Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and improper number of headlamps, 2:58 a.m.
Robert M. Chittick, 32, of 95 South Main St., East Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 6:59 p.m.
