Roger C. Chimney, 52, of 18 Brook St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 10:05 a.m.

Eridanes Perez-Molina, 38, of 3300 South Dixie Hwy., Miami, Fla., was charged with third-degree identity theft, sixth-degree larceny and first-degree failure to appear, 7:51 p.m.
