Kathyl F. Landry, 45, of 1021 Church St., Palmer, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:11 a.m.

Clark D. Bertera, 67, of 111 Fox Hill Ln., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, unsafe backing and failure to drive in proper lane, 11:03 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 10

Timothy E. Olschafskie, 24, of 77 Till St., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 6:39 a.m.
