Monday, Jan. 8

John Filippone, 37, of 80 Riverdale Rd., West Springfield, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, illegal possession of a shoplifting device and possession of narcotics, 4:20 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 9

Kathyl F. Landry, 45, of 1021 Church St., Palmer, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:11 a.m.

Clark D. Bertera, 67, of 111 Fox Hill Ln., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, unsafe backing and failure to drive in proper lane, 11:03 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 10

Timothy E. Olschafskie, 24, of 77 Till St., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 6:39 a.m.

Erik V. Garzelloni, 38, of 356 Franklin Ave., Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct, 10:28 a.m.

Jason K. Creachbaum, 39, of 1221 Main St., Stoutsville, Ohio, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to display lights, 11:29 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 11

Edward A. Bassett, 58, of 1913 Main St., Newington, was charged with violation of a protective order, 10:35 a.m.

Jose F. Padro, 28, of 43 Asnuntuck St., Apt. 3, Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 6:25 p.m.
