Michael S. Roja, 51, of 335 Washington St., New Britain, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, 10:50 a.m.

Jan. 11

Nicole M. Moge, 26, of 73 Oak Brook Dr., East Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:20 a.m.

Kevin J. Roche, 33, of 37 Kennedy Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree forgery and fifth-degree larceny, 9:09 a.m.
