Nicole M. Moge, 26, of 73 Oak Brook Dr., East Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:20 a.m.

Kevin J. Roche, 33, of 37 Kennedy Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree forgery and fifth-degree larceny, 9:09 a.m.

Ryan J. Runyon, 28, of 7 Cottage St., Norwalk, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear, 10:35 a.m.

Laurie A. Whitmarsh, 56, of 12 Fox Run Dr., Stafford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 5:05 p.m.

David C. Freemantle, 29, of no certain address, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and credit card theft, 11:54 p.m.
