Johnathan R. Ramos, 32, of 209 Otis St., Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace, 1:00 a.m.

Eric Snyder, 29, of 8 Enfield Ave., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, operating under suspension and operating without minimum insurance, 3:55 a.m.

James A. Folger, 56, of 4 Howard St., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, criminal impersonation, carrying a dangerous weapon, operating under suspension and failure to comply with handicap parking regulations, 7:46 p.m.

Jacob T. Giuliani, 35, of 1 Redwood St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 8:57 p.m.

Jerome W. Jenkins, Jr., 23, of 15 Bryant St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with interfering with an officer, third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace, 10:20 a.m.

Walter I. Ramos, 22, of 77 Franklin St., Holyoke, Mass., was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, 10:44 a.m.

Sunday, July 15
