Nicole M. Arre, 29, of 3 Fairlawn Cir., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 1:13 a.m.

Modesto C. Ortiz, 72, of 11 D'Annunzio Ave., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16 and fourth-degree sexual assault, 6:30 a.m.

Wednesday, July 18

Paul A. Lawrence, 50, of 14 Wadsworth St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree larceny, improper rear/marker lamps, improper number of headlamps, improper use of marker and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 4:30 a.m.

Dennis J. Cahalan III, 18, of 31 Jefferson Ave., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with third-degree larceny, 1:08 p.m.

Teresa L. Harkins, 54, of 11 Hazard Ave., Room 244, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 9:50 p.m.
