Cathleen E. Stratton, 22, of 18 Laurie Dr., Enfield ,was charged with second-degree failure to appear (seven counts), 6:11 a.m.

Wednesday, July 17

Chelsey T. Dunn, 24, of 560 Boston Neck Rd., Suffield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 3:15 p.m.

Jessie E. Williams, 18, of 13 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:23 p.m.

Thursday, July 18

Isaiah G. Riggins, 23, of 31 Evergreen Ave., Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary (three counts), conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary (three counts), sixth-degree larceny (three counts) and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (three counts), 5:00 a.m.

Edward J. Kutz, 34, of 22 Walnut St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree intimidation due to bias, 12:55 p.m.

Christopher M. Stiso, 30, of 27-B Connecticut Ave., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, 5:58 p.m.
