Daniel J. Murphy, 29, of 20 Brainard Rd., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, 7:46 p.m.

Larry T. Hill, 40, of 31 Pine St. Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:00 p.m.
