Chelsey T. Dunn, 23, of 560 Boston Neck Rd., Suffield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 8:12 p.m.

Wednesday, July 4

Maria E. Tolentino, 50, of 30 Church St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence with a child passenger under 18, risk of injury to a child and failure to drive in proper lane, 1:09 a.m.

Zachary A. Vincent, 23, of 25 Gordon Ln., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, improper turn and failure to use turn signal, 2:10 a.m.

Walter R. Parkhurst, 46, of 177 Elm St., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, assault on public safety personnel, disorderly conduct, second-degree breach of peace, walking on road while intoxicated and walking to create hazard, 2:46 a.m.

Trisha L. Stokes-Owens, 25, of 2 Nonotuck St., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 4:42 a.m.
