July 22

William P. Watson, 51, of 57 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief, 2:10 p.m.

Nathan T. Snape, 39, of 36 Laurel Park, Enfield, was charged with sale of a hallucinogen/narcotics, 10:15 a.m.

Michael B. Grant, 31, of 36 Laurel Park, Enfield, was charged with sale of a hallucinogen/narcotics (two counts), 10:20 a.m.

April M. Regis, 31, of 428 Elm St., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence, 5:35 p.m.

Randy E. Sheltra, 39, of 102 Oak Ridge Dr., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence, 5:35 p.m.

July 23

Justin M. Chicano, 35, of no certain address, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, 12:19 a.m.

Brett M. Cyr, 56, of 7 James St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, third-degree strangulation and interfering with an emergency call, 5:46 a.m.
