July 27

Luis A. Ramirez, 23, of 9-B Thistle Ln., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Tammy L. Balch, 40, of 242 West St., Vernon, was charged with third-degree identity theft.

Kristopher T. Friedl, 22, of 58 Jondot Dr., Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Gloria M. Bonetti, 37, of 88 Brighton St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.

July 28

Jorge Maldonado, 27, of 68 Fresno St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

David E. Lee, 41, of 159 Sherman Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree criminal mischief.

Adam M. Cormier, 22, of 15 Louise Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating under suspension and failure to obey stop sign.

Obinna D. Anode, 25, of 128 Spring St., Middletown, was charged with interfering with an officer and failure to display plates.

George L. Walden-Baez, 31, of 177 Elm St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

David S. Parkhurst, 40, of 177 Elm St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
