July 27

Stephen P. Saletnik, 24, of 7 Tabor Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Tabor Rd., 12:47 a.m.

Scott J. Ball, 35, of 44 Fletcher Rd., Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order and 2nd-degree harassment, on a 2012 warrant, 6:50 a.m.

James E. Menard, 31, of 18 Haynes St., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession/use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a narcotics violation on Haynes St., 12:40 p.m.

Zachary T. Ouellette, 20, of no certain address, was charged with violating a standing criminal restraining order, 2nd-degree harassment, 3rd-degree strangulation, 2nd-degree unlawful restraint and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance call at the Moose Club on South Rd., 3:42 p.m., July 26.

Heather M. Bruyette, 39, of 48 Bigelow Ave., Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Bigelow Ave., 4:27 p.m.

Joshua W. King, 23, of no certain address, was charged with interfering with an officer, 2nd-degree threatening and assault on public safety/EMS personnel in connection with a criminal call on Elm St., 5:39 p.m., July 26.

July 28

David A. Alexander, Jr., 23, of 33 Oxford Dr., Enfield, was charged with possession of less than a half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance, operating under the influence and operating under suspension, in connection with a DUI call at McDonald's on Elm St., 12:43 a.m.

Corey J. Proctor, 21, of 68 Madison Ave., Hartford, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, 3rd-degree assault and 3rd-degree criminal mischief, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Burns Ave., 2:36 a.m.

Lindsey T. Falcon, 19, of 29 Prospect St., Stafford, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Bob's on Hazard Ave., 3:10 p.m.

David J. McFarlane, 39, of 40 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on an out-of-town warrant, 7:33 p.m.

July 29

Carol A. Porcello, 32, of 45 Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Kohl's on Elm St., 12:45 p.m.

Sean M. Nolan, 26, of 32 Bridge Ln., Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Woodside Park, 4:57 p.m.

Raymond C. Bulgajewski, 32, of 109 Pearl St., #3-A, Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Pearl St., 4:35 p.m.

Christy Torres, 30, of 109 Pearl St., #1-A, Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Pearl St., 5:21 p.m.

Nicole L. Sokoloski, 28, of 62 Hassmar Rd., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Hassmar Rd., 6:29 p.m.

Gary C. Sokoloski, 33, of 62 Hassmar Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Hassmar Rd., 6:29 p.m.

Jacob R. King, 23, of 47-C North River St., Enfield, was charged with assault on public safety/EMS personnel, interfering with an officer and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a criminal call on Till St., 9:47 p.m.
