July 29

Marilyn P. Shambo, 52, of 25 Rocket Run, Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 4:50 a.m.

Olivia M. Balch, 35, of 22 Prospect St., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree harassment, 6:17 a.m.

Justin M. Hebert, 32, of 28 Plainfield St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, 5:50 p.m.

Erin K. Marie, 30, of 12 Franklin St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, 5:50 p.m.

Justin P. Werther, 31, of 12 Glendale Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and carrying a dangerous weapon, 6:25 p.m.

Thomas J. Belden, 26, of 41 David St., Enfield, was charged with possession of a hallucinogen/greater than four ounces of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 12:15 a.m.

Mark A. Chevalier, 41, of 39 Eastgate Ln., Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass and use of drug paraphernalia, 2:00 p.m.

Cyle J. Murphy, 21, of 14 Ridge Rd., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear, 4:03 p.m.
